reached an agreement to acquire Irfab Chemical Consultants, based in Brussels, for an undisclosed sum. Irfab founder, Franco Busato, will continue to support the business as senior advisor and consultant for at least two years, to ensure continuity of service to all Irfab clients. PRA has appointed Jonathan Bourne and Casimir Trotman-Dickenson as directors of Irfab, who will integrate the organizations and further expand both the multi-client study program and the confidential single-client consultancy service.
